Christmas Wishes

I'm sending some early Christmas wishes your way with this vintage-inspired Christmas Wishes Card.

For this card, I pulled out the Reason for the Season Stamp Set and the Festive Flower Builder Punch (Bundle & Save 15% when you buy them together on pg. 31), some classic Christmas colors--Garden Green and Real Red--and used my favorite classic Christmas paper--Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper.

The Festive Flower Builder Punch makes the most beautiful poinsettias and flowers!  Don't you agree?

Similar to the poinsettia I made for the Merry Christmas to You Card, I used Real Red cardstock and ink to make the flower, but I used Garden Green cardstock and ink to make the leaves.

I put this card together quickly using a Garden Green card base, and then layered on a piece of Basic Black Cardstock with a piece of Very Vanilla on top.  Then, I grabbed two scraps of music notes and candy cane striped paper, and placed one in the left corner and and one in the upper right corner.  Lastly, I stamped my sentiment from the Cozy Christmas Stamp Set in the lower right corner in Garden Green ink and popped on the flower, and I was done.

Don't let this beautiful flower or the Festive Flower Builder Punch scare you.  It takes minutes to make the flower...I promise!

If you don't have this punch, I hope you will consider adding it to you collection because these flowers will give your projects so much "pop!"  Just change the flower color, and you've got fun, festive flowers all year long to add to cards, gift bags and gift boxes.
