Thanks is for Giving

Today's card is not really a Sneak Peek since all of the products, with the exception of the patterned paper, have carried over from previous catalogs.  But this Thanksgiving card features products that I just love, and it showcases the colors of Fall nicely.

The Steps:
  1. Stamp the background using Woodgrain in Early Espresso.
  2. Die cut the leaves using the Autumn Accents Bigz Die from Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, So Saffron, and Early Espresso Cardstock.
  3. Pull some Tango Tangerine fancy fan paper and Early Espresso polka dotted paper from the Brights and Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stacks, and layer them onto the card base.
  4. Adhere the leaves and acorn onto the top of the card.
  5. Stamp the sentiment in Early Espresso on Very Vanilla Cardstock from the Seasonal Sayings Stamp Set.
  6. Finish it off by adding some Stampin' Dimensionals and Candy Dots to the sentiment.

TIP:  If you like the Autumn Accents I used here (the die cut leaves and acorn at the top of the card), then you may also like the matching stamp set called Wonderfall.  Another favorite!  I'll be sure to make a card or two with that stamp set in the coming weeks.

This card only took minutes to make, and I hope that you like it!  Please leave me a comment below.

I'll be back tomorrow for the KICKOFF of the NEW! Holiday Catalog!  I'll feature a Christmas card, and it will put you right in the holiday spirit.

One more thing before I go, Buy 3, Get 1 FREE ends tonight--at 11:00 PST!  Do you have all of the patterned paper you want and need?  If not, order yours here!

Until next time, have a great day and happy crafting!

Sneak Peek: Toil & Trouble

Happy Tuesday, All!  Today's card is another Sneak Peek at products in the NEW! Holiday Catalog.  My design was inspired by Deconstructed Sketch #108.   As soon as I saw this sketch, I knew just what to do.  Thank you, Joni Wilson!

For this Halloween card, I used the new Toil & Trouble stamp set and Witches' Brew DSP.  Don't you love that spider in the upper left corner?  He was accidentally cut out of that black banner that is across the bottom, but it all worked out perfectly, right?!

This paper is so fun to play with, and the stamps are too!  I hope that you enjoyed this card.

Have a great day and happy crafting!

Hello Lovely & I Am Me

Happy Monday!  I hope that you had a great weekend!  Today I bring you two cards for the price of one.  My Hello Lovely stamp set and I Am Me DSP were beckoning me to create something, so I answered the call with two cards.

For the Thank You, You're the Best card, I used a mix of Calypso Coral, Chocolate Chip, and Soft Sky.  I got my inspiration from a card I saw on Pinterest, but I changed a few things.

The patterned paper comes from our new Sweater Weather DSP that will be in our upcoming Holiday Catalog, debuting August 1st.  I really love how it turned out, and the butterflies and Champagne Glimmer paper are simply delightful!

TIP:  When you cut your Glimmer Paper, be sure to turn it glitter side DOWN.  Otherwise, you'll dull your blade.  Thank you Patty Bennett, my amazing Stampin' Up! Director, for that tip!

For the Hello Lovely card, I used a mix of patterned paper from the I Am Me DSP.  Although this card is on the simpler side, I like the layers of the striped banner and the punched sentiment on top of the stamped dahlia.

I hope that you like these cards.  For all of the currently available products, you will find them listed below and can shop 'til drop 24/7 in my Online Store for the ones you want!

Until next time, happy crafting!
