Happy Christmas Wishes

I'm a city girl (kind of), but when I saw the Festive Farmhouse Suite, it spoke to me.  There was something about that red truck...I can't see it as any other color for some reason!

This Happy Christmas Wishes Card was the first card I made with my new 2018 Holiday Catalog products.  Really!

In the past, I didn't enjoy coloring, but there's something about the new Stampin' Blends that make it so EASY and EFFORTLESS.  They blend without any fuss, and that's why I LOVE them!

My coloring only took a few minutes.  I simply stamped the truck, tree and house onto a piece of Thick Whisper White cardstock using Black Memento Ink, pulled out my Light and Dark Real Red, Soft Suede and Old Olive Stampin' Blends, and started coloring.

I die cut them along with the fence using the Farmhouse Framelits Dies, and adhered them onto a piece of 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Whisper White cardstock that I embossed using the Softly Falling Embossing Folder.

I layered the embossed piece onto a 4" x 5-1/2" card front of checkered paper from the Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper.  I layered that piece onto a 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Mossy Meadow card base scored and folded in half at 4-1/4".

I finished this card off with the "Happy Christmas Wishes" sentiment stamped in Old Olive ink from the Farmhouse Christmas Stamp Set and die cut it with the coordinating stitched frame die from the Farmhouse Framelits Dies.  And wallah, I was done!
