----------------------------------
Hello, All! For this card, I once again turned to our Catalog & Idea Book, which is bursting at the seams with inspiration.
I had been dying to try the beautiful Gifts of Kindness Stamp Set, but I wasn't quite sure what to do with it. Does that ever happen to you too? You buy a stamp set, you can't wait to use it, but are stumped as to where to start? Well, that happens to me all the time, so I have to find inspiration somewhere.

When I was searching the Catalog for inspiration, I figured I would try to do what the designer did on page 82 (upper right corner) but change it up a bit. But instead of solid colored paper, I threw in some patterns with Gingham Garden Designer Series Paper. If you can't tell from my previous designs, I'm not afraid of bold patterns and lots of color!
At first, I used darker colors for the flowers, but they were too bold. So I toned it down by using the more subtle but still bright Daffodil Delight and used it for my flowers. Only then was I welcome to use a darker color--Night of Navy to be exact--for my sentiment.
The smaller sentiments that came with the set were not working for me. As much as I love them, they were not working for this card in that moment. I will, however, go back and stamp the inside with one of the greetings.

I love this card, and I hope you that you like it too. Please leave me a comment below. I'd love to hear from you!
Until next time, happy crafting!
