Happy Monday! Today's card is a C.A.S.E. (Copy And Share Everything) from the NEW! Annual Catalog.
While
I am waiting on my new catalog products to arrive, I had to make this
card using my other Stampin' Up! products that I have on hand. I knew
just what would give me the same look but with some slight differences
(see page 203 for the original).
The Steps:
- Run a piece of 3-1/2" x 5" piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock through the Big Shot using the new Modern Mosaic Embossing Folder. Punch a big hole for the flower near the top using the 2-1/2 Circle Punch.
- On the card base, also in Crumb Cake, stamp the leaf from the Secret Garden Stamp Set.
- Stamp the large flower from Secret Garden in Strawberry Slush Ink three (3) times onto Strawberry Slush card stock for the flowers. Run them through the Big Shot using the Secret Garden Framelits Dies.
- Stamp the sentiment from Really Good Greetings Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink.
- Using Stampin' Dimensionals, adhere the embossed piece to the center of the card base.
- Finally, adhere the flowers using Stampin' Dimensionals; add two strips of Coastal Cabana Cardstock for a "pop" of color; adhere the sentiment using Dimensionals; and add the butterfly, scallop circle, button and rhinestone to finish it off.
I really like how it turned out. I tip my hat to the Stampin' Up! Design Team member who created this card because it is genius I say!
Happy crafting!
