My friend's daughter celebrates her 16th birthday this week...what a tender time in a teenage girl's life. So I made this "Make a Wish" birthday card using colorful scraps from previous projects, and I LOVE how it turned out!
My inspiration came from a card I saw on Pinterest. Because the creator didn't put a watermark on their image, I can't give him or her credit. Sorry!
First, I cut the strips and used my Square Punch to create the flagged ends. Next, I stamped the sentiment and die cut it. Once I got everything laid out the way I wanted it, I adhered the flags, popped up the sentiment, and used a little bit of ink splatter and rhinestones to make it all "pop."
I hope Miss Sweet 16 likes it!
