As I mentioned earlier this week, I'll be sharing cards with flowers all week in honor of Spring, which is soon coming to an end. Today's share once again features my favorite stamp set--Regarding Dahlias.
This card is simple but packs a big punch in the color department. I love the contrast of the yellow and the navy as well as the pop of pink in the dahlia. My design was inspired by Dawn McVey.
For my design, I used the Regals Collection Designer Series Paper Stack for the wide stripes, specifically from a piece of Night of Navy. What I love most about these stacks is that you get 40 sheets of 12" x 12" paper with four designs in either five colors (in color collection stacks) or 10 colors (color collection stacks). Whoa!
