All About You #2

Today's card features one of my favorite stamps in the Really Good Greetings Stamp Set and the adorable Birthday Basics Designer Series Paper that is part of the Birthday Basics Suite.  The sentiment isn't your run-of-the-mill birthday greeting and it can be used for many occasions, so that's why I like it so much.

My inspiration for this card comes from Becky Roberts.  I love the simplicity of the design, the "pops" of color and the use of our beautiful glimmer paper.

TIP:  If you decide to give this card a try, I would recommend using VersaMark (clear ink) and white embossing powder for your sentiment if stamping on dark colored paper so that it really shows up.  I second guessed myself when I was designing this card and wish I had done the same, but I still like how it turned out.  Below is a list of the products I used to make this card.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

Before I go...

I just want to say that this is my 7th blog post, and I'm having SO MUCH FUN blogging!  I had to skip a day or two because of my son's graduation from Preschool and a hectic life in general, but I look forward to sharing my crafting projects with you 5-6 days a week.  I promise!

Thank you to everyone who has commented on my blog, for all of the email me comments from my Stampin' Up! teammates, and for all of the Pinterest repins.  I am overjoyed by your kindness and generosity, and I would be honored if we can continue this journey.

Until I blog again, have a great weekend and happy crafting!
